Reinhard Plank is the eponymous brand of an Italian hatter with a well-tempered personality. The story began in 2005 when he invested in an old hat factory and made it his experimental laboratory. This designer with extravagant ideas is inspired by his own attempts and experiments on materials to create accessories that become real works of art. He forms and transforms felt (a material that is elastic and extremely malleable), straw, wool and rabbit fur. Reinhard makes hats to reveal the face and character of those who wear them.
